My name is Josh Ward.

Thank you for being here today.

I'm excited for today's show as it's going to focus on a really fun run by a couple of Tennessee

basketball teams. We've been looking back at past teams on Monday. The show focused on the

1998 Tennessee football team and then the next day, the 97 football team. Today's show is going to

look at the 2017 through 2019 run by Tennessee basketball. That's the sophomore season for Grant Williams and his junior season.

The last two seasons with Admiral Schofield on campus with the balls where they accomplished

a lot of things.

I couldn't choose just one of those teams to focus on.

The first team shared an SEC regular season title with Auburn.

The next year, Tennessee won 31 games tying a school record

and also made it to the Sweet 16, was number one in the country for four weeks and just

accomplished so many different things. And it was just a fun run for the Tennessee fan base. So you're

going to hear from a couple of those guys a little bit later in the show, Grant Williams and

Admiral Schofield talking about how they developed at Tennessee,

playing for Rick Barnes, what that was like, the work ethic that I think defined that team or those two teams and set the culture for what Rick Barnes wanted in Knoxville.
