So what you're gonna see is a phone call with Ryan and the seller and me explaining to the seller what the benefits of creative finance are, maybe some things that they should know. And then we're gonna tie into the following day where Ryan called me and said, hey, what's our next steps? And then we're going to follow into me calling Allison, my transaction coordinator,
