First of all, I'm thrilled to be JLD with all of your listeners. It's a real honor and I've been an entrepreneur for a long time but it's nice to get an opportunity to chat about sort of how I view the entrepreneurial world and how it impacts not only our business but other people's businesses.

I would say the one thing that I've been talking about ever since I started as an entrepreneur now over 35 years ago that a lot of people I think overlook is all of the things that people tell you all the time about what makes successful entrepreneurs.
