With Kathy Fecki and the dad of daily and Henry Washington and this guy just really knows his stuff right now. I think he's got some of the best content out there for real estate investors on his podcast and on his social media with the stuff he's doing for for heat and Danard and the stuff that he's doing.

I love what he's doing. I love who he is as a person really great guy to get somebody that I consider a friend now and I'm very happy that we got to connect not only in the podcast but in person as well and I looking very forward to stay in touch with him.

You guys are going to love this podcast. This is one of the ones that I had trouble cutting the clips for because there was just so many different ones that I thought I had so much value and really people could benefit from and it just so much knowledge so much education.
