And I'm Antonia Dodge. Over the last couple of weeks, as we mentioned in the last

podcast, we've been working on a program called

I N effects Empowered which is a program designed for I NFJs and I NFPs to deal with

some of the biggest challenges that those of you who are I NFJs

reported experiencing. And there were quite a few subjects that came up that just for

Joel and I sort of struck us as really good insights and

new ways of seeing things or just maybe a subject that we hadn't put like things in a subject that we hadn't put language to yet or challenges that we are working on overcoming and maybe we're at the five yard line and then just needed a little bit of language and

then we like made it all the way and one of those things was this idea of

judgment now judgment is not just an INFJ or an INFP challenge.

Judgment is a human challenge.

We're all social creatures.

We all have a tendency to hand our power over

to the collective in some way.

And that's because we should care about other people's

opinions. We really should. We're social creatures. We're a part of a much bigger

group than just us as individuals. In that sort John Dunn, no man as an island way or

Simone de Beauvois's the ethics of ambiguity which is trying to get the balance or

the tension between how much you're caring about the subject yourself

and the object or other people. So there's a there's a balance or attention that needs to be kept when you're talking about how much

you're handing over to the collective in terms of power or judgment or caring concern.
