But what we're eating now has significant impact on our brain function down the road.

reduce our risk of dementia. I think it's the number one thing we can control. But it's also the

number one thing that can have major impact adversely or positive. Right. Yep. Right. Like everything

we're putting in our mouth is either helping or hurting our brain. That's kind of the way I think

about it. Yeah, exactly. We're going to talk about how everyday food choices can support our

memory, our concentration, and overall cognitive function. More and more research points to

connections between nutrition, blood sugar control, or our glucose control, inflammation, and brain health.
