You're all business today. Dave just comes in and is like, all business. All business.

No, no small talk. All business. we do have a lot on our schedule today. We want to talk about the Miles Sanders.

It's a really big show. It's a really big show. We also a bunch of COVID guys and new players on the Eagles COVID list how that affects them.

They're also taking some added COVID precautions this week and presumably going forward.

We want to get to the overall defense, you know, we've spent so much time on the offense recently that I think it's time to really take a deep dive into the defense and what's worked for them and Jonathan Gannon and the job he's done.

And then at the end, some old friends, we want to mention some news items.

But we'll get to that in a little bit.

Let's start with the Miles Sanders injury. He has a broken hand out at least this week.

They didn't put him on IR, so I guess there's a chance he could return either in the finale or in the playoffs but this is a big blow.

It is in the in the small picture it's a big blow because he's been so good.

You know, I mean he's got I think seven straight games. He's average five yards of carry or higher

He's just been so productive behind that that old line since he came back from the initial injury, the ankle.

And, you know, they haven't thrown a ton to him,

but he's just such a playmaker.

And you can make a case that he's been as important to the offense as anybody.

He's just so steady, so consistent, big plays.

It doesn't sound like, I mean, he posted on social media about how difficult this season has been.

We don't know if he's gonna come back or not,

but it didn't sound like,

it doesn't sound real encouraging.
