Now the term burnout is relatively new. It was coined in 1974 and it was originally defined as the

extinction of motivation. Now if you have ever experienced burnout you know that the symptoms of burnout likely include cynicism,

fatigue, a generalized inability to cope, reduced performance in all aspects of life,

and physical ailments too like like headaches and stomach aches and intestinal issues.

It likely comes as a surprise to no one that nine months and counting of a global pandemic

has brought us all closer to burnout.

I know personally in my own life there are some days many days where I wake up feeling

hopeless and angry and just done with this current reality.

can remedy feelings of stress and exhaustion and even burnout. On today's show I am
