0:00.0 | When it comes to identifying the root of your triggers and your traumas, I like to start thinking in terms of just identifying what the triggers are first, before we can uncover what the actual root of the trauma is. One of the things that I talk often with my clients about is when they see a certain amount of credit card debt come up, they like start freaking out. What is your response? When you're in that place of like, oh shit, things are about to hit the fan here. How do I navigate this? I educate on like what are the typical triggers, right? Like you can be in a fight position where you're like, okay, I'm going to call the credit card company. I'm going to tell them that I'm going to move my credit card payment to this date or is it flight? Like I'm just not going to look at this. I'm going to avoid it. |
