And we're going to talk about masterminds and specifically how masterminds have played a role in my success.

So as many of you know my journey, I launched entrepreneurs on fire back in 2012.

And for me,

masterminds played an immediate role in my success.

I'll never forget it was about a month or so before I actually launched my podcast.

I was walking along the Bay in San Diego and I was listening to Cliff Ravenscraft.

And he was talking about something that he just launched.

And that was called the podcast mastermind.

Immunely when I heard it, I knew I had to be a part of it because Cliff,

he was an expert in the space.

He was the podcast and instrument after all.

And he was going to bring together a bunch of podcasters at varying degrees,

some just beginning, some intermediate, some people that are already rocking it.

And we were going to mastermind on a weekly basis.

We're going to hold each other accountable.

We're going to set goals.

We were going to support.

We were going to guide each other.
