In today's podcast, I'm going to take a look and break down where the Lakers might rank

in the Western Conference and who some of their bigger rivals or contenders might be

to knock the Lakers off or potentially stop the Lakers to make the finals push.

But in today, yeah, like I mentioned, in today's show, I'm going to take a look at some of the Lakers Western Conference.

Like the teams are going to be contending with because the West is loaded this year.

And you can make a legitimate case that there are 11 teams in the West this year that have a legitimate shot at making a playoff push.

I think there are maybe not 11 teams, but there are about eight teams in the West that

I think they believe if all things go right, they could make a finals push even.

I think the Lakers are one of those eight teams.

So let's take a look at the Western Conference currently.

And last season, top eight to remind you all, was Denver, the Grizzlies, the Kings,

the Sons, the Clippers, the Warriors, the Lakers, the Timberwolves.

And then 9, 10, 11 was the Thunder, the Pelicans, and the Mavericks.

Obviously, the top dog is the Denver Nuggets.

The Denver Nuggets, they lose Bruce Brown in the off-season.

That's the biggest loss.

That's probably the biggest thing that's happened to Denver all summer

was them losing Bruce Brown to Indiana on a pretty massive contract for the Pacers paying Bruce

Brown.
