Hello. This week we've welcomed a very special guest Jason Bateman who stars in and directs the new film The Family Fang which opens this week.

It also stars Nicole Kidman and Christopher Walken.

It's the latest and a fascinating string of independent films for this actor, which we're excited

to ask him about, especially because he also worked with another actor-turned-director

in last summer's The Gift and has a really interesting perspective on how you get an indie film actually seen these days.

And then from there we'll venture back into television to talk about what everyone is talking about

this week it seems.

Game of Thrones, it is back, it has us hooked and we will talk about that first episode that aired this

week. I know what you're thinking how a heck is a 52 year old over the hill

mote-shaped machine salesman build a fast food empire with 1,600 restaurants at an annual

revenue of $700 million.

Persistence.

First, the week in Oscar news, we're still waiting for Can to reveal some of the year's biggest

titles and we'll be talking about that with Richard from a beach somewhere in a few weeks.
