A neighbor says she saw a suspicious man walking near Nancy Guthrie's home weeks before she vanished,

not hiking, not walking a dog, not someone who looked like they belonged in the neighborhood.

This is all according to recent reporting from Brian Enton with News Nation who broke this story just the other day.

Instead, this neighbor says that the man was quote unquote studying the street.

So is this person possibly responsible for what happened the night Nancy disappeared?

Is he part of the investigation?
