Hey, Ken, what's up, buddy? It's good to see you. Hey, guys. So, like, you guys haven't following

George, you're crazy. Uh, you need to take a look at his YouTube channel. He's got like 250,000 people on it,

and he's a master at inflation and Bitcoin and some of the real estate markets. Welcome.

Everything macro. Yeah, everything macro. I know. I'm really excited to have you on because I like,

I get so many questions about inflation, deflation. I know the I'm really excited to have you on because I like, I get so many questions

about inflation, deflation. I know the other night at dinner, I was like, you know, why,

you know, why isn't Japan having to inflation and you like, boom, boom, boom, boom. And so I can't,

you know, it's super confusing, to be honest with you. I'm a real estate guy, and I know a lot of people on my channel are real estate folks. And, you know, we see it in the news. Like, is it deflation? Is it

inflation? What's happening in the money supply? Is the gold going up? It's like, I mean, it's,

it's very hard to keep together. Yeah, it is. And when you get into the global monetary system,

it gets extremely complex and very esoteric.

And they have their own language and just trying to decipher the language itself is definitely a challenge.

So I know you're an entrepreneur at heart. And obviously, you know, very, very well read and great student on this stuff how did you

get so good at this you know all these monetary physical policies and how do you how do you

understand it at this level it's just we're both the same in the same boat can robert's the exact same way

it's as we get hyper focused on something and you just obsess about it.

With you, your whole life, it's been real estate.
