While everybody else is struggling on the sidelines, having a hard time getting bank loans and high interest rates, here I am in Montana on a house that I bought with no credit check, no bank whatsoever, and only $1 as a down payment. Sounds like a scam. It might be. I might have to break this all down for you and show you what's possible and show you where I find these deals, how I structure them.
