And I celebrate Easter. My family celebrates Easter. And I know that a lot of people like during

the holiday season and when holidays are coming up, they feel stress, especially people who are on

a fitness journey on some type of like productivity journey, or even you could think of

this as if you're like your own boss or an entrepreneur and you always feel like you have to be

working or you have to be finding your best self. That's just kind of where this episode came

into my head because I'm someone who lets myself have those breaks and lets myself
