Summary

This is the second part of a 2-part exclusive interview with Nathan and Martha Driskill, the Young Married Leaders at Christian Life Church in Mequon, WI. (If you haven't listened to Part 1, go back and do that now!) In this interview, Nathan shares his childhood story of how the addiction to pornography began and how it followed him into adulthood. Martha joins the story when she shares how she met, dated, and married Nathan, and then how the porn addiction stayed hidden until their 7th year of marriage. In part 2, Martha shares how she found out about Nathan's addiction and then Nathan and Martha discuss practical steps they took toward healing over the last 13 years (including resources that they recommend to other couples who find themselves in this place of pain and fear). (Martha and I went through this individually in 2013. It was crucial in Martha's recovery and further solidified my recovery as it led me even closer to God's heart for us in this world.) 1:18.5	on them but um i opened the meal one day and it just it was just line after line after line of

1:47.1	Like he said, we had marital problems, and I knew there was something because he was missing a lot of church.
1:53.6	I knew there was something deeper going on, but I kind of just attributed it to a lot of work to do in our house, which I knew that wasn't a good reason.
1:56.9	But he also had been really wounded by some leadership when he was the youth pastor and I had
2:03.5	really, really hurt him. And so I knew he was struggling with that and I kind of just attributed
