0:22.2	Alright, this is a unique podcast for me. You guys know I am really hyped on franchises and restaurants and things.
0:30.0	I've had my buddy Houston from Houston, so I'm chicken on and people love it.
0:33.6	Well, this guy, I actually have had the pleasure to watch his restaurant grow into the number one rated restaurant on Yelp in California,
0:43.2	and almost in the country, which is insane to think about.
0:46.8	But to give some context, this restaurant is in Big Bear Lake, which I've been investing in since 2017,
0:55.2	and I watched this restaurant go from a little shack, like literally, it was probably like 50 square feet,
1:01.7	and they were selling Poke bowls at the time, and I said,
1:06.2	dude, this is literally the best Poke Bowl I've ever had.
1:08.9	And I live in Vegas, like the food capital of the world, and it was the best Poke Bowl I've ever had
1:13.8	in a little town of Big Bear, where I don't even know why there's Poke up there.
1:19.1	And all of a sudden, I've watched them get a new location, then a new location,
1:23.8	and then to see the success on Yelp, and then I got the opportunity to meet the owner, Michael,
1:28.2	about two weeks ago when I was in Big Bear last time.
1:33.0	And now he's on the podcast. What's up, dude?
