Summary
Acts 12:19-25 pulls back the curtain on how God truly governs history. As King Herod reaches the height of his power and accepts glory that belongs to God alone, his rule collapses in an instant. Yet while thrones fall and rulers fade, something far greater is happening quietly in the background, the Word of God is increasing and multiplying.
In this episode, we walk through the sobering downfall of pride, the danger of stolen glory, and the unshakable reality of God's sovereignty over human power. More importantly, we are reminded where the church's focus must remain, not on reacting to collapsing systems, but on faithfully advancing the mission of Christ.
This teaching calls believers to live anchored lives in chaotic times, resisting fear, rejecting pride, and investing in what is eternal. Kings come and go. God reigns. And His Word keeps moving forward.
