My recurring gymnastics stress dreams are, I'm standing at the end of the vault runway,

I have to do a vault and it's like I don't know which vault I'm doing and it's like I'm doing it and I like don't know.

Is it a sookers or your chanko? And like I still have nightmares about your Chankos. I have

nightmares about Beam series I'm saying on the beam my feet are sweaty I'm

just wobbling I'm wobbling but I'm like about to do a series and

it's like that's always what it comes back to it is Beam Series and Volts. So that's where we are. I'm 28 and can't

get away from this sport. Emily was a gymnast for 15 years. She made it all the way to level 10, which is about as advanced as a gymnast can get before going down the elite, i.e. Olympic route.

I was a very bad level 10, and I'm afraid to say that.

You know you run into like 12 year olds who are like I want to go the Olympics and I was the 12 year old who

knew just like oh yeah no no I'm not that good.

Emily retired from gymnastics when she was 18,

but the sports still plays a pretty big role in her life

as a reporter at the Washington Post.

Women's Gymnastics team will be named.
