This week we are talking to a former coach who now runs an organization that is, and I quote,

a social justice education firm that uses conversation to educate and empower those within athletics through an anti-racist lens on issues of race, inclusion, intersectionality, diversity, and equity.

Her name is Jen Fry, and I'm very excited to learn what that's all about.

In your own words, please, what does your organization do?

So, Jen Fry talks to a social justice firm that focuses on educating, empowering those with an athletics through an anti-racist lens.

And I'm very specific about athletics because I was a college volleyball player and I was a college volleyball coach.

I was a college volleyball coach for about 15 years.

I coached all over the U.S. I was a head coach.
