kids so what's your opinion is technology dumbing us down is it really stealing our ability to

think critically well according to a mars poll 49 49% of Americans think that technology actually makes us

dumber.

While 46% say it makes us smarter.

So if you think about it, it's an even split on this topic.

I think the real question is not whether technology is dumbing us down, but whether we're

allowing technology to actually think

for us. I don't mean doing research. I mean actually thinking, making decisions, thinking critically,

developing ideas, defining our imagination. Are we relying on tech to perform these things

that used to define us as uniquely human.
