0:00.0	You know, teachers, it's not your fault. Our entire lives, we have been told the same story.
0:08.1	You go to school, you get good grades, you are rewarded. And because you're a teacher, you probably
0:13.9	feel that to the biggest degree possible, because you were probably the kid that loved praise
0:20.5	in the classroom. Now, although I was the
0:22.4	talk of the class, I promised you I was the loudest one asking the most questions. I still loved
0:28.8	when my teacher thought that I did good. And when they didn't, I remember I crawled back in my
0:34.4	shell and I was quiet and a good girl until I got their praise again.
0:40.3	So it's not your fault that your entire life you've been told that you go to school,
0:44.7	you get good grades and you are praised, and then you go to college, you get good grades,
0:50.1	you get the degree, and you become the teacher.
0:53.3	And all of that sounds absolutely amazing. Some of us
0:56.9	dream of that day our entire lives. And then there's a pivotal moment that happens when we start
1:02.9	our career or our livelihood. And it's not exactly what we had in mind. It's not because of the kids.
1:10.1	It's not because of what we teach.
1:12.9	Oh, no. As a teacher, we know it is so much deeper than that. It's all of the extra stuff and the
1:19.4	extra fluff that goes around with being a teacher, especially in today's day and age. But what if I
1:26.5	told you that everything that you've ever been
1:28.6	told is just a buffer of what your reality could be? You see, it's a brand new time for teachers.
1:36.7	And we have seen amazing CEO teacher trailblazers take a new direction, a direction that's
