You know, after partnering with a couple thousand organizations,

we've learned an awful lot about not only how to encourage top line revenue growth

and bottom line profitability, but about the value of relationship.

Relationships matter, not only in sales and in leadership, but in every single

aspect of our lives. And so it's common that individuals will ask me, hey man, how do we improve

the relationships, whether that's with a spouse or a partner or between team members or to increase

sales or whatever else it may be? How do I get better at relationships?

It's a complicated answer. But let me give you the shortest sentence that I think will free you,

my friends, to have far more effective in life-given relationships and your journey going forward.

I borrow this from Agmondino. Agmondino wrote a book called The World's Greatest

Salesman. It's a great book. It's a little dated with years, but still full of tons of practical

wisdom. And one of my favorite lines from this book, it's worth remembering. It might be worth

slowing down the tape right now so you can take notes at home but agamandino says this how do

i greet every person i meet in silence and to myself i say i love you i love you though spoken in silence

these words unwrinkle my brow they shine shine through my eyes, they bring a smile to my face,

and they echo in my voice. Leaders, ladies, gentlemen, friends, I want you to think for a moment

about how do you greet people that you meet for the first time, whether that's a spouse in the morning,

a child after a long day, a brista before you're highly caffeinated, someone that you're walking

past in the airport, someone in life, how do you greet every person you meet? Not only the
