Now, if you haven't listened before, this is a podcast where we speak to a different guest

about some of the challenges and hurdles they faced in their own lives.

Yes, we've had to do lots of research, which has been fascinating.

We've had to read lots of books.

And as ever, when you talk to someone who's undergoing something that you might have heard

of but don't have first experience of, it's always different to how you imagine.

And the conversations have been very, very illuminating.

Yes, and sometimes along the way, we've been sort of really quite overwhelmed with how well

the people that we interview are coping, which is lovely because it provides us all with

a little bit of hope.
