but wealthy doesn't mean wealthy just with money. So wealthy is wealthy with family, with your health,

with your worship, with finances, with affluence. And the mission statement is building leaders enriching

communities. That's literally what we've been doing this whole time if you

think about it like let's just say you you came into the future flipper

you you enrich well guess what you enrich your your young acquisitions guy was

the name it aelem and guess what you're having meetups with 400 something

people there and changing lives and your contractors are making money. You got people going to your

Airbnb in Hawaii. You have, you're enriching the people around you. So that's the goal here. So how do you work on being a better

leader? Well that's a great question because being a great leader takes it takes time and I think people just automatically think they read a book or they do something and they're all they're just a great leader.

No, it's like you actually have to make mistakes as a leader because it's easy to go out there and just hustle on your own, but when we were actually responsible for other people and their success,

you really need to take that seriously.

And before when I was younger, I didn't.

I didn't, I just was like, oh, do this, do that, you know, I got with this and we're like all hustlers together, but like nobody's really leaving the pack, including myself and I was supposed to be someone doing it.

So I think the first thing is recognizing that like leadership is not natural to me.

So then that means I had to probably work harder on it than other people that may be
