Welcome to Getting Curious. This is Jonathan Vaness and I'm so excited. We've got a very

amazing guest today and we've got a subject matter to talk about that I have never been

more excited to talk about in my life. I mean because it's skin. So without further

ado, I'm going to welcome to the stage Victoria. I sigh. I love you. Love you more. You

just taught me a really great way to say your last name because I feel like I've seen

this gorgeous word slash last name and I'm always kind of like, you know, I get palpitations

right before I say it. Do you tell the people how you just told me how to say your name?

I think it's like the smartest thing for it. My last name is Ty like a cat's eye without

the cat. I love that story. It's so smart. Wait, it's without the cat. So it's like really

like a sign. I didn't even say it right the first time. Like I thought I knew I can't.

Yes, you did. Yeah, Victoria. It's a yeah. It works. I want to learn Japanese. I can

say one really gorgeous sentence in Japanese. I heard you say it in your last interview

and I know I want to say it now. I'm surprised. Now, no, should we learn a new sentence really

quickly? What's like a cute one sentence? Well, I'm Taiwanese. Oh my. Oh, but everything

is from Japan. I love that. Your Taiwanese by bird. Yeah, Taiwan. She's got a gorgeous

story, honey. She's kind of like, I'm obsessed with her origin story, that Taiwan. But I

was technically born here in Missouri. My family is from Taiwan. I'm obsessed with your

origin story. You're from Missouri. I'm from Illinois. Where are you from? I was born
