1:08.2	been a part of your class is like three or four times just because I like what I'm doing them.

1:19.5	a now family enterprise, what suggestions would you give someone who is of I would say a newer
1:26.8	generation of a family business that we can foster stronger relationships within the family

1:39.6	Okay. I'm the fourth I'm the fourth generation of my family's business with my sister and my
1:47.4	cousins and I were in the construction supply industry. Okay. And so my great grandfather,
1:53.9	my grandfather, both were the founding family members of the business. My grandfather's still around.
2:00.5	He's in his 90s. Wow. My dad is our CEO. My aunt is our executive vice president and we got over
2:07.6	175 employees and now I'd say the fourth generation myself, my sister and my cousin and I are in
2:15.5	I would say positions within the company that we actually have more interaction with my dad,
2:20.0	my grandfather, my aunt, but we've never really worked together and so what we've I've tried to
