0:09.0	I just have a question about home repairs, and basically the route we should go on if we are trying to knock on, but we do currently live in a home that is proving to be not actually livable.

0:50.8	They can remediate it, but the problem is the space that was added on to the house before we moved in
0:58.6	was improperly ventilated. We actually didn't know this, but they built on top of a crawl space,
1:06.8	and then they just sort of tapered it off. And so there's a portion of the house that's not actually a true crawl space, but there
1:12.4	is no moisture barrier.
1:14.1	So now the support beams under that part of the house have completely rotted away with the mold.
1:19.8	And our floor caved in.
1:22.3	So that part of the house is not habitable.
1:25.5	Got you, got you.
1:26.7	So how much does it cost to fix it, fix all of them?
1:31.1	The remediation alone would be between $6,000 and $8,000, but that does not include demo and to rebuild it.
1:37.4	And we actually don't know if that includes mold that has traveled up into the sheetrock or if it's strictly underneath the floor.
