So we have this ongoing kind of joke in our marriage that there is a third person at times by the name of the Hulk

So you've you've self-identified as a Hulk at times

No, sometimes you feel like you know, there's there's something about anger that is blinding

Right, it blinds us to the people around us. It blinds us to the the counsel of others

It blinds us to the counsel of God. It blinds us to the Holy Spirit within us

Because anger in many cases it's fast, right? It burns hot

It's decisive and not very good ways and so today we're kind of addressing the Hulk in the room

Just me and everybody got everybody's got a Hulk, I'm sure everybody has one

He just comes out differently for others because not all anger comes out in the same way

Yeah, yeah, so we're gonna cover that today and and give you some ways to think about categorize and and talk about

anger as a dynamic in your marriage anger in your own heart

Where does that come from? How do we deal with that and is it sinful to be angry?

Is it a sin to be angry right so we're gonna unpack all that here today on fierce marriage and we'll see you on the other side
