0:28.1	Well, my wife and I were wondering, we want to shut down any access to our credit because
0:33.2	we're debt-free and we don't want to apply for credit and we don't want anybody to
0:37.4	apply for credit under our names.
0:39.5	And how do we go about doing that?
0:41.6	You freeze your credit.
0:45.8	And it's usually a small fee, 20 bucks or something, and you can freeze it.
0:51.4	There are three credit bureau reporting agencies, and you need to freeze it with all of them.
0:57.6	TRW, TransUnion and Experian, and that's the three.
1:03.2	I have frozen all of ours, and we froze all of our children's when they were children.
1:09.4	To my knowledge, they have not unfrozen them for any reason
1:12.3	because they don't borrow money either.
1:14.6	Anytime you want your credit checked, it cannot be checked.
1:20.2	You would have to pay another fee to unfreeze it,
1:23.2	temporarily let it be checked, and then freeze it again.
