I'm coming to you now from the basin. This is a special bonus teaching that I recorded

0:08.0

just for you to break it down a little more, to take it a little deeper. I hope you enjoy

0:13.6

this overflow message. Let me know. Let's go.

0:22.3

Ephesians 4.22, you were taught with regard to your former way of life to put off your old

0:29.6

self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires to be made new in the attitude of your

0:36.0

minds and to put on the new self created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

0:43.8

And what caught my attention just then reading it was you were taught to put off your old self.

You were taught to be made new. You were taught to put on the new self. You were taught. Paul

1:43.4

And I noticed that like when he would tell me to do something, I would have a really hard time,

1:50.8

you know, switch this elbow and put this, you know, arm now where the other, I mean it was like,

1:58.7

I'm not, I am not a very athletic guy. Maybe I shouldn't say that. Maybe, maybe that's me

2:08.8

not doing the new me. But what I mean is like, I don't naturally just pick up a lot of physical

2:15.2

movements and stuff. And I don't know, like the angles and the geometry of jujitsu or grappling

2:22.4

or whatever, then come naturally to me. But when he would get down and show me and go like,

2:27.6

and show me, I could do it a lot better. And I think a lot of times as I have preached through

2:36.2

the years, it's been easier for me to tell people what to do than to teach them how to do it.
