Formula One may be slowing down for the summer break,

but the F1 job market has been moving fast.

And there are still seats up for grabs, most interestingly, at Mercedes.

Damon, how are you?

What are your reflections of what happened at Spa last week?

Well, they're very positive.

I mean, I enjoyed the race thoroughly,

and it comes hot on the heels of Hungary,

which is also another good race, and you might add Austria as well.

And yeah, it was great. I mean, obviously disappointing for George Russell, who sadly was under the weight limit and it's made a lot of people

very confused.

It's the first question.

I was, I'm interested to see what happens when I do something after a race and I do something and meet

people what sort of questions they ask and then they were all just making references to

being one half kilas under weight you know I was checking in my luggage to go to a golf

tournament in Scotland and charity golf tournament I'm always available for charity

golf tournaments if you're interested but anyway it was great it was great to be
