Now, that being said, this week, what I want to do is talk about something that I'm pretty

passionate about and I've certainly discussed in prior broadcast,

and in the seven years we did a podcast before this broadcast even began, we've talked about this

over and over again. It's the attrition rate. It's the number of young people that appear to be

leaving the church during their late high school through college years, early career years.
