I welcome back to the Personality Hacker podcast. My name is Joel Mark Whitt and I'm

Antonio Dodge. Today we have a guest on the show, Darren Yee. Welcome Darren,

being part of Personality Hacker. It's great to be here. Yeah. You've been in our community

for a while. You've been a profite training student. You've been in our personality life

path program and you've become a friend of ours and you've also, you've done a little

bit of work with our company behind the scenes as well to help us with some business aspects.

This is your background. I'm not going to steal your thunder. Tell us a little bit about

your best fit type. Tell us about what you do for a living. Yeah. A little bit, just

give us a snapshot of your life and we'll get into some things today. Absolutely. So my

name is Darren. I have my NTP preferences. I went to school for mechanical engineering,

but I spent all my time doing musical theater and running projects in school, engineering

competitions, things like that. I started a company right out of college, construction

tech software company and ultimately went on to run operations at a few other startups

across a number of different industries, mental health, real estate tech on that education.

And now I am in venture capital and I invest in startups. Well, so as an I and T P with

I and T P preferences, you've had to figure out ways to navigate the business world, which

is mostly dominated by people that have extroverted thinking. Some a lot of extroverted feeling.

There's a lot of people that are extroverted judging types, like EJ types, right? IJs

well, it's very structured, organized. And as an I and T P, I've known, I mean, we have

a lot of I and T P's that listen to watch the show. It could be a challenge to be in that

environment because it's just things just don't make sense to the way you think are wired.
