name is Darren. I have my NTP preferences. I went to school for mechanical engineering,

but I spent all my time doing musical theater and running projects in school, engineering

competitions, things like that. I started a company right out of college, construction

tech software company and ultimately went on to run operations at a few other startups

across a number of different industries, mental health, real estate tech on that education.

And now I am in venture capital and I invest in startups. Well, so as an I and T P with

I and T P preferences, you've had to figure out ways to navigate the business world, which

is mostly dominated by people that have extroverted thinking. Some a lot of extroverted feeling.

There's a lot of people that are extroverted judging types, like EJ types, right? IJs

well, it's very structured, organized. And as an I and T P, I've known, I mean, we have

a lot of I and T P's that listen to watch the show. It could be a challenge to be in that

environment because it's just things just don't make sense to the way you think are wired.
