And today, and joined by our assistant comment editor Francis Dernley, senior farm correspondent

Roland Oliphant, and freelance journalist Colin Freeman. I started by asking Francis

for the latest news from Ukraine.

Certainly, well, thank you David and good afternoon to everyone.

I think it's only right to start on the critical question of infrastructure in Ukraine.

As we speak, there have been continued Russian air strikes on that infrastructure

that has seriously damaged the grid and led to emergency and planned outages across the country.

We understand today that Russian forces have fired more than 1,000 rockets and missiles

at Ukraine's energy infrastructure recently, which, as I say, remains in operation

despite this sustained major damage, which is quite remarkable really.

And this would, of course, tally with what President Lentsky was saying last week

is that he expected as bad as last week was for this week to be as serious.

And indeed, we are seeing signs of that, although, as I say thus far,
