| 1:34.7 | So it makes sense that more people are returning, but there are not as many people are returning |
| 1:40.0 | as other cities, despite what the article says, and there's 36% occupancy of office buildings. |
| 1:47.9 | And there's still fewer people in New York than there was, you know, much fewer people |
