The world is going through a crisis right now and it's not just one crisis.

We're dealing with inflation, Russia, Ukraine, the rise of China and what that might mean

for the US, pandemics and what I think is very critical in the US is we're dealing with

How one side now completely hates the other and vice versa.

I'm assuming I'm getting cognitive dissonance and I'm assuming others are as well.

Whenever there's an article that says something like New Yorkers moving back greater than

ever at a rate greater than ever, I say, okay, maybe this is New York is coming back

strong, which I hope it does.

I love New York, I've a lifelong resident in citizen of New York.

But then I look at the article that everyone's tweeting and I realize everyone's not only

is the article incorrect, headline is a lie and everyone is misinterpreting it.

So for instance, more people left New York City than any other city.

So it makes sense that more people are returning, but there are not as many people are returning

as other cities, despite what the article says, and there's 36% occupancy of office buildings.

And there's still fewer people in New York than there was, you know, much fewer people
