because it influences so much of how we live and what we choose to do. Of course since the dawn of civilization people had

gardens for food production and there were most likely at least for for the

everyday herbs and vegetables that were around their doorstep.

Of course, as population grew, the need to live in cities grew also. And with that, the gardens became smaller and then eventually just

disappeared. By the Industrial Revolution you have people really suffering with health issues because they're not being able to have fresh greens as they have always

ate in the countryside and they have no access to green space.
