1:17.5	July 3rd, kicking off America 250. And he did, and I watched it for you. It was a full hour long.
1:24.5	I will say that like many Trump's speeches, it wandered. The vast majority of it
1:28.7	actually turned into kind of a victory lamp for that big domestic policy bill that he had just
1:32.7	passed that day. There wasn't too much new in there that framed America 250. He did say, though,
1:38.7	things like, we will never give in, we will never back down, and we will never ever surrender.
