that if we understand it, maybe we will realize that overturning

Roe v. Wade is just a first step.

Maybe the real target ought to be feminism.

Dr. Carrie Gras, a married mother of five children,

a fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center,

author of several books, including her latest The End of Woman,

How Smashing the Patriarchy, Has Destroyed Us,

and a recent column for the Federalist titled The Only Way to Make Abortion Unthinkable

is to wipe out the feminism fueling it.

Why did many pro-lifers believe that overturning Roe would be a silver bullet?

I think that people just felt like Roe was a big obstacle to ending abortion in the United States. And it seemed like such a clear target and something that if you were pro-life, there was some

way in which you could fight it.
