Tomorrow, I'm finally posting a longer solo show to where I can update you guys on the last

month for me. It's been a wild 30 days. I wrote an entire book. So I wrote a 65,000 word book in the last 30 days. And I booked a

trip to Europe again. So I'm recording this on Tuesday. And Thursday, I'm going to hop on a plane.

And I'm going to, let's see, Abiza, then I'm doing Croatia Yacht Week, then I'm doing

Montenegro, and then Sicily in Italy,

and then hanging around there. So I'm going to be gone for about probably a month

and a half this time, and then still, as always, be producing the show while I travel. But for the

first two weeks, I'm going to actually have vacation and enjoy myself for once. So today's episode

features one of our internal Action Academy calls with my buddy Aaron Amuch Stegi. Aaron has

flipped over a thousand properties and he owns 850 single family homes himself. In today's

episode, we are going over a macro real estate market update since Aaron is the

host of the wildly popular real estate rock stars podcast and is talking to realtors in every single

market across the country. So he loves data. He loves knowing what the trends are, what areas of

opportunity there are coming up for us to outkick our capital towards. And then in the back half

of the episode, we're talking about how he buys houses at foreclosure at the courthouse

step. So it's a fantastic episode. It went a little bit long. So it's about an hour and 20 minutes.
