to think that all of the crap that you have gone through in your life, the pain that you've processed,

what you've endured is not for nothing.

It's here to also serve a higher purpose a higher good and I'm never going to be someone to say

Oh, it's such a blessing that everything that's happened to me happened for a reason. I don't wish what has happened to me in my childhood in my life on another person.

But it was supposed to happen for the greater good, for the message, for the story in order to help others heal.

And that's why it's so important for at any capacity for us to share our stories. That doesn't mean you have to make it into a business like my guest today.

But keeping quiet about your story and holding yourself back when you know you have something more to give and share with people is doing such a great service not just to yourself but to the greater good of your fellow person.

So many of us are sitting here struggling alone, sitting in silence, feeling like we're the only one.
