My guest today, luckily, is a mental health advocate who is actively changing that fact. Mental health for students begins with your own mental health

It is with great pleasure that I introduce Erin Castillo. Erin is a high school special education teacher living and teaching in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is passionate about incorporating mental health into the classroom and helping other educators do the same. Erin offers mental health resources and guides on her Instagram along with her mental health check-in poster that has been featured on Good Morning America and the Kelly Clarkson Show. When Erin isn’t teaching, Erin can be found outside with her 3 year old son, beagle, and her high school sweetheart.
