Let's talk about one of the struggles of CEOs, especially early on. You have a quote where it says

that CEOs need to stay in their lane. And to your example, before you were marketing.

You needed to surrender the rest of the business and all the software and IT to all the other

people. One person is not the best at seven things. You need to find your lane. Can you talk a little

bit about that because I struggle with that? And I know thousands of other people struggle.
