All of you guys have been able to build financial freedom through real estate, right? One of you guys specializes in residential, commercial, and also with funding. So can you guys talk a

little bit about where you guys grew up and where your guys's ambitions for real estate

began? Just one at a time, I guess. So I'm from Philadelphia. I got started in real estate in

2017 and sales as far as a real estate agent.

Then I transitioned to wholesaling where we pretty much middleman and property.

Make like 10 to 30K per deal. And then that's when I pretty much said I'm helping you and everybody

always get rich and get wealthy because I'm never a part of those deals long term. So then that's

when I switched to okay, now it's time for me to buy deals. And now we have about $8 million worth of real estate, about 40 units, and all across pretty much two neighborhoods in Philadelphia. So like you go down there, we might have like three houses on one block. Wow. And how did you get into it to begin with? Like did you start out trying a bunch of different entrepreneurial things, being beginnings yeah yeah so i went the uh i went to college i got kicked out because my grades
