1:09.9	So let's hop into what everybody wants to know is that, you know, we have the housing
1:15.5	market and we have rising interest rates and they're already starting to go up a little bit.

1:34.4	And I think what's happening is, you know, we all know the fed's going to raise rates because they've said they're going to raise rates.
