So we've been getting a lot of great questions lately,

And so what I want to talk about today is essentially why use nutritional supplements at all?

So a lot of questions I get are, do I need nutritional supplements?

So that's a really hard one to answer.

I think the answer would be yes for most people,

but which ones.

So if you're not starting with a good overall high quality

multivitamin that you're not getting from just like you know a really cheap you know

Rite Aid or CDS or one of those specific places which you're not really going

to be able to absorb or utilize it could actually be a little bit toxic to your body. What I would suggest is

looking for a really good quality one is probably about a dollar per day.

That's kind of like the gold standard for just what it is cost-wise wise at least right now that's what it

costs the other things in terms of nutritional submits so why would I say a

multi well simply because even if you try to eat the best absolute

nutritional diet possible you You're going to fall short. Some of your

multivitamins, some of your minerals, electrolytes, all of those specific types of

things. I actually like to add antioxidants and a few liver detox support.
