So what one food would I cut out right now to help people with weight loss?

So the main thing is we have to regulate blood sugar levels. That's the first place to start.

So does that mean you can't eat any carbohydrates? No, it doesn't.

But what it does mean is that you should really look at eliminating

as much as, if not all, refined-based sugars or carbohydrates.

And that at least starts with beverages or drinks.

Any beverage no matter how healthy you think it to be, whether it's a green juice or
