today it's time to answer your questions.

0:14.6

So Gary asks, what's the best way to build up bigger arms?

0:19.0

And so whether you're a guy or a girl looking

0:21.3

to build bigger arms, or you simply want to add more tone to them?

0:25.0

I'll answer that question for you right now.

0:27.0

So one thing is that the arms never get necessarily more toned.

1:14.2

break down muscle tissue to help rebuild them stronger and hopefully a little

1:19.6

bit thicker a little bit bigger but what's going to get you to that next tear of results is doing

1:24.7

exercises that keeps the biceps working as a secondary muscle group for a longer period

1:30.2

of time, for more time and attention. What would those exercises be? Well a bar bell

1:34.0

deadlift or a dumb bell deadlift where you're holding a heavy weight and your arms are

1:37.9

forced to work or a pull-up which is also working your biceps or a row which is also working your biceps. Or a row which is also working your biceps.
