| 0:14.4 | questions let's get right into it what is our first question all right Mary is asking |
| 0:19.4 | what is a natural way to get probiotics so basically how do you get them maybe from your food |
| 0:24.4 | instead of from a capsule? So perfectly valid question. One of the things you should just kind of, |
| 0:30.8 | there are many different ways to get them, but one of the things you can think about |
| 0:33.8 | is most or at least a lot of fermented foods contain natural probiotics. |

| 0:45.2 | ginger is a really nice one. I would check that out. A lot of times you get them |
| 0:48.4 | locally at markets. Another one is Kimchi, so a lot of people use that in Asian-based cultures. |

| 1:08.9 | So you could look into that, that would absolutely work. |
| 1:11.8 | You could look into a Lassie-based drink which is like an |
| 1:16.2 | Indian digestive drink. You could look into certain types of yogurt. I'm not a huge |
| 1:21.5 | proponent of a lot of yogurts but there can be some good ones |
| 1:24.2 | especially made from like sheep's milk or goats milk. What else could you look into? |
| 1:28.2 | Even they use basically like young coconuts and they turn that into its own little fermented or probiotic |
| 1:34.9 | based coconut drink. |
| 1:36.6 | That is really nice for a lot of people. |
